Invoices are issued on the basis of the original fiscal receipt or receipt from the automatic parking ticket office. You can ask for an invoice to be issued in the car park in the service office or you can send us the original fiscal receipt or receipt from the automatic cash register with the invoice details. Detailed rules of invoicing are governed by the provisions of the VAT Act.

On most of our carparks there is possibility to pay by cash or card.

We encourage you to make online booking.

Please check details of available payment methods in description of specific carpark.

In moste cases, you need to pay before the exit from the carpark.

If you have booked your parking online and you will not exceed given in booking process time, payment is made while booking process.

If you are using Pcard (available on specific carparks), your parking fee will be included to the monthly invoice.

 

 

A confirmation of payment for parking is issued during payment at the car park.  A fiscal receipt is issued in case of payment at a car park employee. In case of payment at the automatic parking ticket office, a receipt is issued at the customer's request, by selecting an appropriate button at the automatic ticket office during payment for parking. If you forget to select a button during payment, we cannot issue another confirmation.
