On  February 10th, Roland Cracco, Managing Director of Interparking, signed the charter for the setting of the first stone along with the mayor of Aalst , Ilse Uyttersprot and aldermen Ann Van de Steen and Johan Stylemans. This document will be casted in concrete and integrated into the building. The ceremony was followed by a reception were the partners emphasized the importance of the car park Hopmarkt for the urban mobility. The opening of the car park is foreseen in spring of 2013.
